Before beginning your quit journey we would like you to accept our terms and conditions. By using this app, we are not advising, implying, or suggesting that any person (especially those with alcohol or opioid related abuse) attempt to quit without first consulting a doctor or medical professional. Any users that are experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms should seek immediate medical care.

The Mobile Application

The standalone iOS and Android app collects minor app analytics and does not include sensitive user data. All user entered information is stored on device. Users have the option to opt-out of the analytics collecting in app settings.

Control over Your Information

You may choose to reset the app at any time in Settings, thus deleting all of your information on your device itself. Upon doing this action, this data can no longer be recovered later.

Automatic Updates

The standalone iOS and Android app may provide OTA (over-the-air) updates periodically. Updates occur directly from a third party server and never sends back your personal information. This ensures app quality as we continue to provide our users with the best experience possible.

Children

Our services are not intended for—and we don’t direct them to—anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. In addition, we may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the information of EU users between 13 and 16. In some cases, this means we will be unable to provide certain functionality to these users. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.
